Judges critique from The Solid Cocker Spaniel Club’s Ch Show 31/10/2009

Novice Dog. Surprising to have such a depth of quality in this class.
1st. Wyeth’s Fendrove King Of Clubs, absolutely lovely, substance, no trace of overweight, plenty of muscle, with all his glamour he still looked & had the construction & conformation to do the job he was designed for, most lovely clean head, best of expressions, strong neck, firm topline, good length & angulation of blade & upper arm , good length, depth & spring of rib, short loin, strong muscular quarters, in excellent, beautifully presented coat, moved with style, sound front & rear, good reach & drive, even at this young age in contention for top honours.

In this picture Harry wasn't completely in show trim as we were just on a day out when we took this photo, but as you can see he is a lovely looking dog. What you can't see is his delightful personality and his ever wagging tail. Harry has already proved popular in the ring qualifying for Crufts 2010 at only his second Ch Show.....a chip off the old block! Harry is Optigen FN Clear. ***Harry has now gone to join his sister Penny as a much loved pet and companion where he shares everything with his new family....even their bed!***

(Harry) Fendrove King of Clubs (Claramand On Fire at Fendrove JW X Fendrove Solitaire JW) is now happily retired from the show ring and settled into his home with Jo. Jo's partner has Harry's sister Penny so they meet up at work every day.....true partners in crime! Harry has been a big hit with all of Jo's family, so much so that her parents are hoping to adopt a mature Fendrove as soon as they are able.
